Easy Tutorial - Crepe Paper Noodles aka - DIY Crinkle Paper

As I was packaging some happymail today I was wishing I had more pretty colours of crinkle paper. And was trying to think of some way to make some and tried this using some sheets of crepe paper I had in the cupboard.

I absolutely love this Alice. I've also been doing this and then mixing it up with this irridesent shred I picked up from the $2 shop aswell as tinsel that had fallen apart cause it was old but still useable. So fun.

If you were to "accordion fold" the paper before you cut it you can make it look more like the crinkle paper. Smart tip, thank you!

Oh my goodness, I love it! I live in Australia and we have no beautiful shred. Even the fine gold you have in the video. I always ignore the packets of crepe paper hanging in newsagents and dollar stores. I'm not going to be ignoring them now!

Tfs Alice, I was saving little pieces of crepe paper that I cut to make my crepe paper rossettes a bit little, so anyways I thought I could use them somehow and well I think this is it, is not tissue paper but I think it can work too😄💖 thank you so much for the idea

It’s a rotary cutter used for cutting fabric you can find them in the sewing section of a craft store :)
