We are learning this song in choir and I’m totally in love with it. I love the message especially. We are all still human with feelings and emotions. No matter what we believe, where we come from, what gender we are,who we worship, how we identify, or who we love, WE ARE HUMAN
Singing this song in the state choir and I went to turn off my computer but i couldn't bring myself to turn this off. SO AMAZING! Good job to the people in this video!!!
Excellent job! Performed as I believe this song was intended with so much joy and passion. Amazing instrumentals, conducting, and singing! And check out those happy faces! A joy to watch. Woohoo to Marcia Patton and Casper Children's Chorale! Currently teaching to my elementary choir. :)
Im only in elementary and choir we are learning so much the whole choir love this song im so exicted! Other song im learning: shendoah, kusimama wua buleh, natso yo wa and i think that’s it!
Wonderful! I’m teaching to my elementary choir right now and they LOVE it! We are wondering if the actions performed are actual Swahili sign language or another type of sign language?
It’s actually pronounced mo-ja and it sounds like mo-dja with a hard j. My dad was born/raised in Kenya and he was awfully confused when he heard this. Mo-yo is heart/soul so you could get that confused.
Thx so much for doing this vid cause im in all county and im doing this song!!! :D (im in 5th grade lol) And i gotta say that music teacher conducting them looks alot like my music teacher

Anyone else sad there doing this instead of real stuff
what do u mean?
@@jplatypuss the fact that we’re in quarantine meaning we can’t do this because of COVID
Im just sitting here cracking up over the teachers and kids dancing
To my school crush if she sees this, give me twenty bucks
And btw/by the way its moja not moya
its actually 'tuko pamoja' sisi ni moja is a bad translation
idk im not the one who made the song and u arent ether
Tuku pamoja is "we are one" in Swahili? What does sisi ni moja mean, then? Heja, heja is probably a greeting (I suppose)
UwU
Shut up
It is actually moja with the j in jam. You shouldn’t pronounce it like that.
No. It isn't.
it's Mo-ya
That may be how it’s spelled, but in many languages, “j” is pronounced as “y” in this case, Swahili.
@@dramsel no way after a year u commented anyways thanks
@JG Productions both of my parents grew up in Kenya and they have confirmed that it’s pronounced with a hard j
Das ist schön aber wir als kleiner Chor können das besser
