I'm so glad both IRAS 17514 and Regression are regarded highly, they are both often overshadowed by songs like Nightglow and Rubia but it's undoubtedly one of their best works. Not to mention Otto's arc is one of the best and my personal favorite.
i agree for the most part, but i do feel Furina's theme and Wildfire should both be higher. especially if we are just rating the songs alone not what comes with (if what comes with id still put wildfire higher. as a song its a masterpiece of songwriting)

I don’t know how they top Nightglow honestly. The vocals, the animation, the story, I really believe HI3 tops all. I liked the HSR Robin songs but they just don’t have the same weight. Watching Kiana and the girls struggle across literally a decade now, following their story, building the entire Hoyo universe on their backs, I swear they give them the best songs.

you got to find it funny that of the genshin songs, only 1 was done by the actual devs while the rest was done by fans. Just goes to show how cheap and lazy they are that fans have to do the devs work themselves
I really don’t think genshin suits those kind of songs. Most of the pieces in genshin are modern classical music and no other hoyo uses them as often genshin does which is why i find it better
Because it's not a tier list, it's a top 30. And you can't say he threw a Star Rail song on 28th spot and then went all out on HI3. It's his top 30 which includes songs from all 4 of these games and the Honkai Star Rail and Houkai Gakuen 2 songs climb top 10 and "Hope is... feathers" even gets on second place. Just admit you didn't play HI3 and wish you could erase it from history just so this top gets more Genshin Impact songs in it. And as Star Rail will get more songs it will get somehow equal between it and Hi3.
@@Sam-je2xj I did not hate on any game, what i did was destroying the idea that this would be HI3 only and then i interpretated his comment against the number of HI3 songs as hatred against the game. And i usually think the HI3 haters are part of the Genshin comunity because i met some of them that hate the game like they'd be alergic to Honkai energy for no appearent reason. It's not hating, it's just my interpretation on his comment and my disagreement towards what that comm's message. Also, saying that over time HSR will take more spots in this top 30.
Extremely unpopular opinion but Regression should be in number 1, to me Nightglow is kinda over rated, and with the Yusuf version of Regression in the concert? My goodness, OG and Cover are a masterpiece. My top 3: 1-Regression 2-TruE 3-Nightglow As for HSR, My top 3: 1-White Night 2-Wildfire 3-If i can stop one heart from breaking
Nah, diva is automatically number 2. Nothing should be higher than it but nightglow. At most, it should tie with Capo, but its still one of their best songs in both GGZ and HI3rd, it litearlly started everything. And the fact Girl Inside, Oracle and Aeons are that low makes me just say the vid is trash. My biggest problem is it feels like you put underrated songs at the top just because they were underrated. Not to mention the songs from GGZ that weren't included, like Incarnation of all things, which is an automatic top 5. Edit: Not incarnation my b, it's also good but not as good as See you in the next world.
