You should dip before adding the curly hair. Then use mousse

Aww thank you, I will not suggest dipping them in hot water. So I will say use a soft braiding hair so that when you are done, hair mousse will finish the job 💕

definitely not bc knotless braids don’t usually last long, unless you take immense care of it :)
6 weeks and some , depending on your maintenance
Knotless already don’t last as long as box braids but when you add curly, it cuts the time down as well. Curly hair starts to look older quicker
