ingredients:-
1/2 bunch fresh methi
.250 gm paneer
2 onion
.60 gm cashew
2 green chilli
2 tbsp mustard oil
1/4 tsp asafoetida
salt to taste
2 tsp chop garlic
1 tsp chop green chilli
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 pinch red chilli powder
1/4 tsp dry ginger powder
2 tsp fresh cream
1/4 tsp saunf powder
.100 ml curd

Thank you Chef Ashok. As usual you have posted another very easy to make practical recipe. I have never geard of chaman so far. Looks more like malai gravy. Seeing the finished methi paneer Chaman makes my mouth water.
Here in Bangalore we get excellent fresh methi almost through the year and especially now all types of greens are very fresh and cheap. Will make this very soon.
