House: Room 404
Renovating the Room 404 again, I wanted to try another apartment build and as usual this one has a kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, work area and a small laundry room.
I really like the style of this one, very black and white but I like it (: hope you do too! Thanks for watching ♡

BEAUTIFULLY DONE!!! I kid you not my first apartment, when I was in College, was laid out just like this one. I use to love opening up my bedroom door and watch tv from my bed. Brought back some old (Really Old) memories watching this. You're Inspiring me to do more smaller builds on this game. Question: I wanted to re-buy a property to try different builds on the same property do I have to finish all DLC's in order to do that?
Oh cool haha thank you! I don't believe you need all DLC's but I think you need to sell a certain amount of homes, not sure if it's the amount you have available to buy and finish story missions that come through the mail. I'm not entirely sure but once you get the game over achievement all homes should be there for you to buy at any time so you could have multiples of one home. Hope that helps ^^
