What I've learned about better hertz (I went from 60 to 140 hertz gaming monitor) is that you won't really feel that big of a difference until you try the older one after getting used to the new one.
Lamarr Wilson did you know that you can also see the battery levels for each air pod under the control center on your apple watch? It's really cool! also, you can use the crown on the apple watch to adjust the volume of the air pods as well. I'm sure you probably knew these things, but just in case :-)

you should get the turtle beach xo7 pros the a probably a bit more expensive and a little heavier then the recon 150s but the build and sound quality is much better
I want to like the AirPods but I didn't even like the EarPods they always fall out and after a while they hurt my ears and then for the price I can get a really good pair of Bluetooth earbuds
