Bless you, Senator! I was Secretary of my local Rugby Union Club and want to tell EVERY CLUB that allows men to play on their women’s team, that they better have a very, very good indemnity insurance policy… I predict law suits will soon flood in.

I have been playing against the team you are talking about for years. Most seasons they come near last, we have never lost to them.. this season they have THRASHED every team 3-0, 8-0, etc, very high scoring games due to their ‘new teammates’, just yesterday we lost 0-5 to the flying bats. We as women playing club premier league expect a good solid opponent, with strong 50-50 tackles but the difference in strength, power and height (6ft and above) make it hard to enjoy our games when theres alot of apprehension due to the unfair advantage of particular Players. There’s so many good things happening in women’s football at the moment, let’s keep it safe !

Anyway I cannot understand how "inclusive laws" can be formulated as are in clear contrast with any bill of natural rights. The phrase "identify as" is an assumption that what is declared is not the real fact, and as a not real fact cannot be used in a text of a law.
