Thanks for the video!. I have succesfully installed Project 2016 by following your instruction (since I've already have Office 365 from my campus license), but it can't be opened. When I try to open it again, there's a pop-up:
*Project couldn't start last time. Safe mode could help you troubleshoot the problem, but some features might not be available in this mode.*
*Do you want to start in safe mode?*
Even when I click Yes, it still won't start.
What should I do?

I tried the same method, but project professional 2016 not accepting the license key with office 365.Its showing the key only for project professional and not suitable with project 365

where did you get that other folder called Office?

You will get that "Office" folder after the download, that is after you have enter "setup.exe /download project.xml" in the cmd.
