Jenny Was A Friend of Mine (The Killers) Bass Cover

The first track from The Killers’ debut album, Hot Fuss, released in 1994. Jenny Was A Friend Of Mine was never released as a single yet it remains one of their most popular tracks, founded on a great Mark Stoermer bass line.
Fun Fact : the lyrics were written by Flowers and Stoermer and are based on the true story of the murder of Jennifer Levin in 1986. The song tells the story of the interrogation of Robert Chambers, Jenny’s boyfriend, who was accused of the crime. He eventually pleaded guilty to manslaughter.
