I have an appreciation for this Japanese brand and its Onitsuka Tiger counterpart (just bought two Nippon Made Mexico 66s on my recent Japan trip). Glad to see ASICS getting more attention!
I've been working for ASICS for two years and it just reminds of the time I worked for New Balance and seeing people get hyped up for the brand now it's all deja vu people asking me for Kayano 14 or 1130 in a way it does irritate me because now those same shoes sell out immediately on our website so it's hard for me to get my hands on colors I like but it is great to see ASICS get its time in the spotlight.
100% I bought 3 pairs this year. 1 for trail running and hiking, I hiked 100s of KMs on these babies and theyre the best trail runners ive ever worn. 1 for gym/casual they look good as hell, and the JApan S for walking and casual they are amazing
Big fan of asics and the gel-nimbus and novablast, not a big fan of their retro sneakers like 2160, 1130, and keyanyo 14. Once I started wearing running shoes and comfier shoes you start to realize how uncomfortable even some of these "comfortable" retro shoes are. Good video!!

I walk a lot at my job (3-5 miles per phone app) and my last 4 of 6 shoes have been ASICS! Got a pair of Adidas but they were no where near as comfortable and a new balance pair that was also really good.

Um asics trabuco max 2 is hands down one best asics I've ever had!! I'm a bigger guy so squishy soles is must on 8 hours on concrete! They look amazing as well!!!
