I was able to follow it putting the video on pause, a lot. I used 4 ply, lol, it was a little stiff for my first one but I did it. Baby yarn will work better for me I think. Try that, I hope it's easier for you.
click on the settings icon then click the subtitle button (where it says Chinese simplified) then click on auto-translate look for your language (which is English) click on that and voila its translated
