This Garden Shed was Being Smothered by a Lemon Tree | Overgrown Yard Makeover

- So this neglected overgrown yard belongs to one of our long term regular customers, and this corner had been bothering me for years! As you can see, there are bushes growing where there shouldn't be, alongside the shed and through the fence. The lemon tree was healthy, but completely in the wrong spot. I didn't want to remove it, so I just did the best I could to make it manageable. It was a bit of a stormy day down here in Tasmania, as we are heading into winter. The job took us around 2 hours to complete, and we took out around 1 trailer load of green waste.

Good job doing the extra of a fence repair. That was a lot of stuff crammed into that little shed slot. That area is dark and wet. Would they let you power wash and bleach the pavement? Could brighten-up the area as well as make it safer to walk on. Nice work you two cleaning up the overgrowth, even the Blackberry Menace.

Very impressed that you repaired the fence as you found loose boards and after all your hard work to beautify this property I hope you were able to have a large refreshing glass of lemonade! I’m glad to see you pruning it back as it insures good lemons for the next season. I grew up with citrus trees and used our enormous lemon tree as a ladder to sit on the roof and get a different perspective of our neighborhood. Hi George and Reece, OMG you trashed all those lemons !!! That was gallons of lemonade for sure. What a waste !! I at least would have picked them before I trashed the bush.
This was a great TH-cam video, really enjoyed the content.
I read a lot of the comments and some viewers were sad about cutting branches with lemons, but in order for this tree to produce great lemons in the future it needs to be trimmed. I believe the lemons that were cut probably were dry. But in any case the tree looks great.

another perfect end result. those lemons were so big i initially thought they were oranges. i'm curious about why do you think they don't have caps on the block walls? seems to me it wouldn't be good to have rain filling up those spaces. but they are straight so maybe not an issue.
