Those ear things would probably be helpful for people with anxiety. As someone who deals with GAD I ALWAYS have my earbuds in but most of the time they aren't even on. It just helps me manage my anxiety in public.

After going to Coachella after seeing you do it, I got the Coachella cough bad to point it made my nose bleed. I just went to 88rising Head in the Clouds with a friend, and I got hay fever. My allergies always go extra crazy since Coachella. But Summer Sonic sounds like fun from what I've seen from social media. Thank you for sharing your experience at a music festival overseas, and I hope you enjoyed yourself.
