Took my daughter (22) bar hopping in West Hollywood while we. were visiting from Sydney. It was pride and we had so much fun. The drinks in the USA are so much stronger than in Australia. We have quite strict alcohol laws here, so it was a shock at the strength of the drinks. One shot of tequila was essentially about 4 standard servings.
As a native of LA-SoCal, it has taken 2 Mikes of TH-cam - Michael of Michael Martello & Mike of German in Venice - to help me better understand the local area. Other TH-camrs give me a better sense of other parts of the US & world too. They help me realize that *all* places have both their impressive sides and less appealing sides too---from America to Europe-Asia, etc.
Tip about Craig’s. If you’re a celebrity and get your picture taken there, it’s because you wanted your picture taken. They have a back door entrance specifically for anonymity which a lot of A-Listers use so they won’t get photographed.
My hubby and I have lived here since 2000. Thanks for reviewing our little city. It's really quite nice. And now I'm going to have to try that Prince St. Pizza. That slice looked amazing!

Your videos are really making me miss living in LA..I lived in LBC for a year. I really need to move back to the West Coast! Fun tip: The New Beverly Cinema. It's owned by Quentin Tarantino, and everything is shown on film so the quality is great. The prices are dirt cheap too, for tickets and concessions. Of course you have the El Coyote down the block for a pre-movie dinner! Damn, just thinking about this makes me misses it more!

Great video Michael. I hang out at some of the places you visited. Can't afford to live there though. Also, pretty crowded. I go back when Studio 1 was there. Now, there was a club to hang out.

Another great video, Michael! I haven’t been out to West Hollywood in months. There’s a lot of great spots to check out there and you pointed out most of them. I was hoping to go out that way for Halloween but I couldn’t stay up late enough because I had work the next morning. Hopefully I’ll get a chance to go out one of these weekends. I miss WeHo!
