Thanks David, Steve may be playing a tenor, which I've no experience of, in fact I've not heard of it, but surely it's not a standard tuning, at times Steve takes his left hand off and just picks open strings.
Hi - a lovely version, which I saw him play at Steyning. I've only just realised, a bit slow here!, that it's not a standard guitar on standard tuning. I's like to play this too, any suggestions of tuning etc?
The guy on the left is playing a tenor guitar (normal tuning is C G D A). No idea about the tuning of the slide guitar. The chords are all straightforward ones.

What album was this on? My pal gave me an album with this and tunnel of love on. Can’t find it anywhere
Would have been an album of theirs called Covers 2 that came out in 2010. The album is sadly not on streaming services or TH-cam in full
