No, YOU, sir, are the REAL HERO for being so very generous and making this video. I feel that you and the GMB crew are the great equalizer when it comes to accessing the highest quality coaching to be found online. People like you are what makes humanity THRIVE and not just survive. Much love and gratitude from the PNW, brother!
Wonderful program. You may want to consider extending the thumbs as well as the fingers when in the quadruped etc. Bent thumbs are an indication of tight shoulders😊✨
Thanks Ryan. I have been playing with the bear walk these last weeks, but I have shoulder pain and I wonder if the bear could worsen my pain (osteaoarthritis) ? Thanks for sharing all this content, I borrowed so many ideas from you
Sure, anything can make it worse, if you do it poorly and without control. Of you can do the same movement well and with control to make your shoulder stronger: th-cam.com/video/HWrB8Xl3dlQ/w-d-xo.html
There are many many instructor and practiotioners around, and many of them give good advice, but most af them seems to just know well some aspect of training, while you transmict a 360° info. That's much better, we can understand the full puzzle and become more conscious of our training, not just following a tutorial on youtube. THANKS THANKS THANKS

Thanks for the kind words. We've been doing this a while, so we really do see the whole thing as an interconnected whole.
