I've just watched a live video of One Direction singing this same song during their Up All Night Tour. I like this one so much better. They are much more raw and stripped down. The backing track is not as loud and you can hear their flawless voices much better. I think it is because their tour manager has more confidence in their performing abilities this time around. I've also noticed that they are also much more relaxed in this video as opposed to the earlier one.
