I like the $100 dollar belts because the strap seems good I like the way the strap looks and I like the WWF logo on the faceplate.
It's based off a legal agreement the WWE has with the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) that allows them to feature the old school scratch logo in their videos and old footage provided that they do not feature it (the logos or the use of "WWF" in reference to themselves in present or future tense) on any current or future piece of merchandise. This is why the scratch logo and the words "WWF" can be freely shown/stated in older footage (I've seen the original block logo be censored- not sure why though.) In the case of physical copies (DVDs/BluRays) they're allowed to showcase all footage unedited and intact, provided that the footage is archived footage (anything from the early years of the company to May 2002 I believe it was) and that they do not produce any brand new material/footage using the old logos and/or mention of WWF. Also, the package itself cannot feature the logos or the letters "WWF".
It is for that reason why older designs of the replica titles have the WWE variations of the block or scratch logos instead of the original ones. It's not because the WWE simply "can't do it"- there's legal ramifications that prevent them from doing it.
I can tell the world wildlife fund when somebody says WWF no one is taking or thinking about them.

Yeah... I don't know... even though the WWE shop stock straps are stiff they just look much more quality than the $100 belt strap.
A lot of people don't like the fake leather straps that the wwe shop belts come on. Personally I don't mind them cause I get my belts to display not to play with

Brass plates are actually better than zinc plates.
Disagree but I think it depends on what you’re going to do with your belt or belts. I get all of mine in at least 4mm zinc and I hang ‘em for display purposes on my basement wall .
Yeah I must admit the zinc plates are better based on the overall finish of the belt itself. I did happen to get a zinc plate belt.

Sorry man but that $100 belt is trash and still not cheap, it’s not worth any more than about $35. Id rather pay $400 for the quality of the WWE Shop version or if you wanted the WWF logo, better curve on the main plate or a real leather strap then I’d save and pay more for a good bootleg. There’s definitely good ones out there but that $100 belt is a rip off and not worth it.
If you're looking to have belts just to have belts that belt is fine. If you're looking to have belts to be a collector, TV accuracy and a have a proper collection that belt is trash that should have never seen the light of day. That leather cut is atrocious and the tooling is stamped. That belt tip is a joke as well. Crappy leather on top of it. Pretty much the credo rings true you, get what you pay for. If you don't pay a lot of money you're not gonna get quality. And I hope that beltmaker gets sued for putting Jmar on his plates. Them doing what they're doing devalues actual belt makers like Jmar as well as screws him out of royalties. Literally money out of Jmar's pocket. Great comparison video tho!
ApexVipah1 yeah I agree, still confused on how they are selling these belts on Amazon and eBay with WWF logos and Jmar’s logo. For someone who can’t afford the real thing it wouldn’t be a bad buy. Can’t agree more with the fact that you simply get what you pay for.
@@beltreviews2416 Simple answer, the belts are coming from countries and such without the laws that they have in the states, therefore they can sneak around the laws. The problem that you have trusting some of these makers though, is, those belts are still considered counterfeit and could get confiscated in customs and you'll never see it.

Hi there. Great video. I got the cheeper big eagle and im really happy with it. I could never aford offical belts it way to much money plus the big eagle needs to have the WWF scratch logo. Ive just subbed hoping to get whc next. i reviewd my belt on my wrestling youtube channel dx hbk hhh wwe fan 2001 check it out and let me know if my cheeper belt diffrent to yous. 👍🏻
