First time eating North Korean food!! [amwf] International couple [SEOUL TRIP]

We came to a North Korean restaurant in Ilsan, Seoul (South Korea), and we tried amazing food. The taste is so tender, soft and natural.

Was ist das Hauptunterschied zwischen Nord- und Südkoreanische Küche?

hahaha das stimmt! zu Hause muss ich das alles immer sauber machen...
Ich denke das Hauptunterschied liegt es an den Gewürzen! Wenn ich mich gut erinnern kann, die Südkoreanische Küche benutzt viel Chiliflocken und andere Paprikaflocken (alle eher scharf), und die Nordkoreanische Küche benutzt das halt nicht. Das Essen ist sehr sanft und angenehm, wenig oder kein Salz und Öl, und irgendwie sehr natürlich und gesund!
