And also so many scenes with college🏬 staff has been also deleted. This scene was deleted because of censer board problems. recently vijay is trying to act in social message movies. His last 4 movies has good social messages so govt became fear and they started thinking vijay's next target is to enter in politics so they hate vijay and make problems against this kinds of social messages scenes in his movies that is also one more thing to delete this scene

You know why they deleted the scene Because it's true in this situation for a woman because they won't make the media to show what happened to the woman but instead they will show that woman are bad for this society, movie shows the truth media just cut those scenes
It should be deleted because this movie is focuses at only one issue of children taking drug and alcohol in juvenile school for boys , in that part bhavani is considered the antagonist who uses those innocent children and forcefull makes them surrender. If these scene had not been deleted, the movie's point of view may have gone the wrong way. Two issues together in a film makes things very complex to understand by the viewers.
