Ich bin unglaublich fasziniert und hingerissen von diesem schön gestalteten Konzertprogramm, welches vom Palast Orchester und Max Raabe vorgetragen wird, bravo! Erstklassige Qualität und ein exzellentes Niveau zeichnen das Palast Orchester und Max Raabe aus, einfach nur ganz wunderbar. Man schmilzt vollkommen dahin, weil es so seelenvoll ist. Eine schöne Traumstunde oder "Blaue Stunde". Es ist außergewöhnlich und bewegend. Fast so schön wie Weihnachten, himmlisch eben!
I so much hope that we all remember our common European civilisation roots and that we are under this deep intellectual and emotional, sentimental (yes: IN HEART!) aspect and many other ones: scientific and LAIC and a modern mentality (conventionally dated to the seventeenth century with Galileo Galilei) which started (let us simplify) in Athen, which brought 2 thousand years ago in Jerusalem a TRY OF FRESH BREEZE OF GOODNESS between the arab folks… soon suffocated there and refuged in Europe (not without bringing in Rome the same cruel and stupid fanaticism that infected us delaying modernity for having accepted the same biblical insane believing in the unbelievable to justify all our cruel wars and colonialism too, it must be said!) as later the La Commune de Paris in 1848 and its legendary Belle Epoque, the Weimar Democracy and the Perestrojka… a wonderful dream of peace and collaboration murdered by the local new national socialists…. And here we are: arabs in a religious war with each other in the Near East as by 3 thousand years, colonialist sadistic paranoid invaders from East Europe raiding and exploiting Africa too and expanding in South America, used as slaves and gun meat by China for its economic expansion and supporting this further suicide of the west, even if their new power comes just from having wisely imported and syncretized the western culture…

This was a joy to watch and to listen to, cheered me up no end on an otherwise dreary day. Bravo, Mr Raabe, bravo Palast Orchester! Just imagine how many hours of strenuous rehearsal must have gone into bringing this performance to such an incredible pitch of perfection!!

Max Raabe ist ein Ausnahmesänger. Perfekte Diktion, man versteht jedes Wort. Ein Tenor zudem wenn es ein muss mit kräftiger Stimme. Das Palast-Orchester ist perfekt in jedem Ton.

Ein ganz klein wenig schade finde ich, dass er nicht als Bariton auftritt, der er ja eigentlich ist.
