    Microsoft once had a very awesome photo editor called Picture It. It’s sad they tossed it away. Had remarkable granular settings like individual collage pics could be set background and foreground regardless, and each cutout could be individually edited for properties

    Thanks for this info on collages. Can each picture element be modified for transparency, color sharpness etc ?

    All looked easy but I got stuck at the first step. Not having a suitable background I found a blue sky jpeg online. It happened to be quite small... 200 x 132 pixels and low resolution. I couldn't do much with it in Paint 3D.
    BTW, my objective is very simple: just a picture of a generic PC, a generic Smart Phone, and an arrow from the PC to the Smart Phone. Suggestions?

    Nice one.
    How do I set one sticker/image on background after I already asenbled it .
    I mean say I take 1 smiley face and then I take a flower sticker . I'm not happy with, I wanna set the flower behind the smiley face, kinda wanna show some of the flower .so ,how do I do that ? Set the flower on background .
