2 cup shredded spino (palak) leaves
2 cup chana dal, soaked for 2 hour and drain
1 tablet spoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Oil - 2 tablet spoon
Tadka..
2 tablet spoon - ghee
2 tablet spoon chopped - garlic
1 tablet spoon chopped - ginger
1/2 tablet spoon - black pepper
1/1 tablet spoon - garm masala
2 tablet spoon chopped - chilli
2 tablet spoon chopped - onion
2 tablet spoon chopped - tomato 🍅
2 tablet spoon chopped - coriander leaves
