Hey Suchi, even I thought to keep ur earings in the chotu basket and yes to use it as a open gullak is good too... Great efforts by Anuj ji in the backyard!! I think he plans on having a farm house one day for growing these vegetables and supplying them . May his wish come true... Yes cast iron handles are always hot , we do get handle silicone covers from Amazon

Welcome to Canada 🥰 for groceries keep checking super store and Walmart mostly Walmart is the cheapest , meal plan for week and then shop that way food won’t get wasted. Mostly Indian groceries are available in Walmart or superstore , don’t get tempted to visit Indian store (they are mostly expensive) though for special ingredients and cravings couple of trips to Indian store won’t do any harm as happiness is also imp when you have just moved to a foreign land. All the best 🥰
