Nice videos Craig, thank you for posting them. When you are machining slots like that, you should consider clamping the stock to a sacrificial piece of stock so you aren’t pinching your slot with the vise as you machine it. Just a thought. Keep up the good work, and have fun!
Love watching your little projects and your enjoyment doing them! I can’t help thinking after watching all the work with alignment and sticking on the scales, that you could have used the accuracy of the CNC to engrave all you needed?

Thanks! I made a chart for it too. It figures the fence position by adding the extra stock to be milled off and dividing by 2.
