I love Christian's collections full of color with some style that I would actually consider wearing. The price of those item ...well...course ....... I am a bit surprised that his house is very neutral. Almost total devoid of color. The wall hanging in the living room was not mentioned. That has color. We didn't see his clothes closet with all those neat modern outfits he wears on Project Runway but that ok. He doesn't have to show us everything. He has a right for privacy. So it's all good. Good luck for future endeavors.
I loved the setting and the big windows and all the greenery but the place is too clunky square and modern ... not much charm or warmth , no warm colors ... no vibrant colors , no beautiful reds , violet or purple or peach or greens or blues... nothing gold . ... at least his living room furniture looks comfortable . I don't understand bar stools that don't have a back on them to make them comfortable to sit in ... those dining room chairs also looked uncomfortable . I cannot believe how nowadays more and more homes of people who have a lot of money just look like large homes for people with a lot of kids and pets but for people with NOT lot of money ... No sense of charm or luxury ; it's very strange what the trend has been for too long now and so many people following it ... it's really weird . It's like an anti luxury , anti glamorous look ... anti charming . Looks like a lot of the stuff comes from places like more expensive versions of Target and Ikea ... that seems to be the trend anymore and it is just anti Beauty . The only thing I really liked a lot was that credenza in the dining room and that whole wall behind it . Bedroom was unattractive and blah not comforting and nurturing . When I was a kid I used to love looking at Architectural digest magazine in the late 1960s and in the 1970s ... oh my God , what beautiful homes and INTERIORS . Everything is so UNATTRACTIVE NOWADAYS ... very little is magical or lovely . Today everything just looks very utilitarian Depressing ... at least he had beautiful green views .
