The Czech Republic pays it's Olympic Gold Medalists for winning very well. At the last Winter Olympics in Sochi, the Czech government was paying $73,900 to each athlete who brought home a Gold Medal. I am sure Jaro made way more than that, especially after endorsement deals and such.
Think of it like this. Even if he weren´t paid so much money , I still guess, he´d be able to buy such a car. His life costs him literally nothing. His sponsors provide him with anything he wants. Food, Bikes, Jerseys, Equipment etc.. just everything. Thus he can spare a lot of money and buy the 911 :)
They all run either tubeless or tubular. Most who run tubeless use regular tubed tires (because they're lighter from thinner sidewall) with sealant in them (like Stans) to help reduce punctures. Those who run tubular do it because you can run lower tire pressures without having to worry about the tire rolling off the bead, and if you do get a flat, the tire is glued to the rim so you can still ride on a flat tire very easily.
Back when Specialized was a great team. Unlike now. They can't win to save their lives. Such a shame. I am sooo ashamed of owning a specialized epic bike. Switching to Scott for sure
Awesome video !! We feel much closer with racers!
Nádherný vid opět .Great vid as usual.
0:45 Does the salary of Specialized team let you buy a 911 GT?
