    Everybody must be aware of the famous Hyderabadi Cuisine and the rich flavor of spices in its recipes. Hyderabadi Chicken Curry Recipe is one of them. Needless to say that Hyderabadi cuisine is known for its rich flavors and spicy dishes. I’ve dished out a few other Hyderabadi Recipes like the Hyderabadi Mutton Biryani, Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani, and Hyderabadi Paneer, but this Hyderabadi Masala Chicken has been a much more interesting recipe for me.
    Ingredients for Making Hyderabadi Masala Chicken Recipe
    Marination for Hyderabadi Masala Chicken:
    Chicken - 1 Kg
    curd (yogurt) - 200 ml
    Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
    Barista, crushed- 5 medium onions
    Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
    Oil - 1 Laddle
    Special Garam Masala for Hyderabadi Chicken Masala
    Cumin - 1 tsp
    Whole Red Chillies - 5
    Green Cardamom - 6
    Cinnamon - 1
    Whole Coriander - 1 Tbsp
    Mace - 1 small
    Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
    Cloves - 1/2 tsp
    Star Anise - 2
    Gravy Ingredients for Hyderabadi Chicken
    Oil - 2 Laddle
    Bay Leaf - 3
    Black Cardamom - 3
    Onions - 4
    Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
    Kashmiri Red Chilli - 2 Tsp
    Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
    Salt - 1/2 tsp or to taste
    Coriander Leaves - a few
    Water - as required
    Green Chillies Slit - 5
