I'm at 65-67 KG and I'm benching 120 for 3 reps ( I'm more than 50% disabled from right leg ) and and I've never attempted one rep max till because I train alone and in peaceful environment . ! And these are my regular numbers . I tried to contact the local bodies around my city I'm from Jammu (J&K) and i found that they don't want to make anyone to participate in games ! And for Para Athelete it's even more difficult . I tried several time and the response from their side was very bad . 😔
