My theory is always right. Whenever a low rank player plays against world no.1, he have nothing to lose.
Therefore, his performance is very different when he has something to lose.

Your theory is just that, and not a good one even on its own terms. You could have verified that by counting how infinitesimally few are the low ranked opponents who have forced WCQ to a deciding game and earned a match point. Making up such a shaky "theory" and applying it broadly without consideration for the objective skill sets is a fool's errand. In the real world, Matsushima not only has amazing TT fundamentals, but he thrives in powerful loop to loop rallies even against top Chinese opponents, where often comes up on top. The fact that he can do this at 17, without having gone through the Chinese training system is a testament to the threat he will likely pose as he matures. I wish the Chinese coaches and players shared your complacent and dismissive attitude about him, but the fact that WCQ took a timeout at 1-0 8-7 suggests that they quite clearly don't.

@SL-jo4om Yours is a real errand fool response. People used to talk so much about Harimoto like you. Talk no more, and let's see how far he will progress and how many WTT and ITTF titles he can win. Have a good day.

YEAH, WHATEVER! Every time there's a new kid for Japan who won a match or 2, it's a massive threat to Chinese!. I mean like EVERY.TIME! Why don't you wait a bit like wait till he won something first. This is getting tiring.

there no threat to begin with. because everyone playing is a threat to each other in the game. no concerning any particular race or country. bs

A 30+ years old Franziska killed FZD in Saudi Smash, Felix Lebrun won Lin Shidong recently, harimoto beat a top chinese too (was it shidong aswell? Or lin gaouyuang?) and now this 17y old no name kid has matchpoints against the chinese nummber 1??
Maybe the chinese coaches get nervous, i guess 😂

It's crazy to think about it and this is a good thing in this sport so that there will be a tough competition. Chinese were falling in the previous Saudi Smash and this just shows that they are beatable.

The moment I heard the commentator call a "forehand smash", and not a forehand loop", I know it's gonna be BS. I think I've watched this channel before and I gave my feedback about how distracting the commentary is but he's still doing them. You could've easily become a great alternative to WTT seeing how WTT uploads slow or block certain regions. This was the only highlight available in my region but the commentary had to ruin the watching experience. What a waste.

The best alternative to WTT is the one who bought the rights to your region. Just buy the subscription fee and watch it without ruining your experience so that you can stop crying. 😎

The commentator always talked nonsense. What threat? Harimoto was once but where is he now?
I don't think the commentator is a qualified one because he failed to understand that Sora was playing from a "nothing to lose" position. Therefore, it's expected that Sora will played above expectations
