I met him yesterday - which I'm very happy about . - I grew up listening to them , so he's like a childhood friend . I know he has a good heart & I hate seeing him in the wrong things .. I'm praying for him . - Love you Wes.
He seems out of it here. I hope he takes care of himself, POM first album holds a special place in my heart as a guitarist and musician myself. The songs were so heartfelt, you could tell he poured his entire self into those songs.

Puddle of Mudd was a staple band of the early 2000s. Their first 2 albums are the shit.
Wes is back and going strong people can change spent two days with the guy one hell of a normal guy with rock star issues but moral he's human and still is rocking but now sobber.

One day, and it will happen, we will read about his death from overdose. Everybody will be , "Why did he get help? Why didn't somebody reach out to him? It's so sad." Of course, everybody right now is putting him down, degrading him 'cause of his actions and whatnot and making fun of him. The "5" on his hand to give proper high-5's in 2008, the belly one in or before 2012, arms in 2016, not sure about shoulder/finger one. Would be interesting to find out,.. maybe certain websites should interview him about stuff like this, and about the upcoming album, instead of always writing bad stuff that isn't even true.
i met wes in columbus, ive listened to puddle of mudd my whole life, and i asked for a picture or autograph and he got close to my face and belched and asked me "wheres all the free pizza" and wondered away from me, i was like you sum bitch lol

Power went out ? Haha I was there and every one else's power in the band seemed OK. Not being able to string a song together and chucking bottles of beer at the crowd and stumbling around with his trousers falling down.. Yeah blame the power..
He's drunk… Loads of rock bands do interviews drunk. He's not about to die because he's drunk in one interview lol - some of you guys posting are hilarious. We don't know if he's doing drugs or not, so let's not jump to conclusions.

I had drinks with Wes a while back at the Rainbow in LA and I will tell you: he is a sweetheart of a guy. We talked politics, religion, women & authorities. He is a real rock star, not a fucking boot licking sell out like Bon Jovi or Springsteen visiting Obama in the White House (barf). Yes, he's a boozer, yes he gets into trouble, yes he's the real deal. Music is his salvation and he's leaving it for us all to enjoy and relate to. If you've ever had a nasty break-up throw on one of his tunes and I promise you'll feel better. 🙏🏻

Wes is one of the nicest people you can find. To me it seems people just misunderstand a lot of what he does and says. There's a lot of jealous people too. And people who judge based on what they hear or read in the media. Those who met Wes will know that he's an awesome guy. :)
All that aside, he really does have a substance abuse problem and I pray to God he quits...he can still turn it around and create more great rock! I think most people don't get his humor either, lol.
He's been through some shit in life, lots of mean/fake/careless people, so I can see why he would turn to drinking & drugs to ease his pain. I hope people will realize that and start being nicer to him. Hate and negativity never helped anyone, hugs and nice words, however, have.
I LOVE his humor, I watch all their concerts and sometimes he says really funny stuff and I'm thinking "why the hell is the audience not laughing"...>.< He has the amazing gift to make you smile in a heartbeat, even on his worst days.
What substances do you think he abuses? (People claim a lot of stuff, but I wonder what of it is actually true). Because you can send out 4 different people to the same concert, and each person will give you a different report. One person will say that Wes "looked and sounded great", the next person will say "he was drunk" the third person will say "he was high on , and the 4th person will say "we smoked a joint together and had a few beers, but aside from that he didn't do anything and the concert was awesome".
Sad thing with Puddle of Mudd is, there's 27 different versions to each story, but only 1 version is ever true.

Get help Wes....don't waste the God Given talent you have earned - please don't let us Mudd fans read about your tragic death next.....like so many before you who swore they were okay. Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Bon Scott, Syd Barrett, Kurt Cobain, Layne Staley...just to name a few. and the list is endless.

I think he does have a good personality but he has a bad one too for sure.... Whether if it is true what he said about crack and whatever not having anything to do with the weird shit that has been going, we will never fully know :( We can only look at the little hints; the moments of silence (thinking/focusing moments), the way he moves, and talks (the slight speech impediment), is like someone who is under influence of alcohol/medication/hard drugs or it's because he's very tired (I have that too sometimes). If it's true that he is not on drugs/ medication/heavily into alcohol, then I believe it's an after effect of some drug/medication collapse from some years back. I think there's no other way to explain it. Or he is just really sick at the moment... Cancer/Aids/Tumor/Early Alzheimer/Lou Gehrig's disease/ ?
Wes kicked my Unkle out of the band because my Unkle wouldn't sign over the name of the band to him. My Unkle was the original drummer of the band and he named it. He still has the original platinum albums from the band

I was in the recording studio with him on Saturday night. This guy makes no sense at all and is a straight up dick. He is worse in person than he was in this interview. I doubt he'd make it another 6 months.

NATURAL GAMING he freaked out on me over nothing and kicked me out of the studio over a picture he agreed to take. he flipped over absolutely nothing. I had been waiting in the studio for 4 hours while he tried to play drums ( which he couldn't), bass ( which he couldnt), and what not. not to mention I drove 2 hours to be there and he was completely rude.
