When doing a Vin Scratch and reaching the location, nothing pops up? So doing a normal boost you get the red arrow to drop off, in your video I see that red arrow when your doing the Vin Scratch… but when I do a Vin scratch the arrow isn’t there and honking the horn ect does nothing, it marks it on the map as the drop off, but can’t do anything once I’m there and nothing shows up on the ground like the red arrows from normal boost?
Yeah it sent me to the scratch location up north at the hobo camp, but the arrow wasn’t on the floor or anything, in the end the boost just ran out of time and I lost it? Spoke with the city owner and he said unfortunately he doesn’t have access to much of the script, just the rewards ect?
Is there a step im missing for the B-Class contracts? ive found the cars in a non locked garage but it doesnt give me the prompt to break into the vehicle and the hacking machine is doing nothing also

Tried reaching out via discord ticket but that option wouldn’t work unfortunately as the ticket system is full.

Garages are unlocked for B class. You can hack GPS by going to passenger seat.
Where will you get the tablet from to do the boost
You can add this item in a regular shop or in house robbery.
