'Caught' can be used for 'Caught on camera' but that usually refers to a certain incident that was 'caught' whilst filming. But a whole sequence such as this would be better to use the world 'filmed' because 'captured' usually also would refer to a still image, or a particular individual instant that was captured within the whole film.
He's riding the 150cc. The spedo is different to the 250. The 250 has a digital console while the 150 has the standard speedometer. Also the 150 has white plastic around the headlight while the 250 has green plastic.
