Listening to this back in 1964, I had no idea that I was listening to the best stuff that would come out in my lifetime. Love it l was in England 60-63 as a small kid. My dad was stationed there in the AF. The Beatles were the first l remember. So it stuck with me. They were chord masters for sure. On another note l like the BMW 2002 series on your shirt. I know a car dealer who has a Orange 1971, 20002 it’s in immaculate shape.

Great cover! I knew that Supertramp song wouldn't last long. I got a copyright strike for "Give a little bit" and had to watch a video and answer questions about it to get my channel back. Why do they care so much? Love your videos!
I think for this song it sounds better when you play the F7 with your pinky on the 4th of the B string and when you play the G7 you put your pinky on the 6fret of the B string
Hey JJ, just wanted to ask a question, since I am assuming that during the 30+ years of playing guitar you must have had a fair share of finger injuries. It seems like recently I caught a foreign body (mostly likely a metal sliver) underneath my fingertip (though I can't see it), which created a bump on my fingertip and makes touching a guitar string seem like I am being electrocuted. I already had surgeons operate on my finger to remove the pus, but they didn't find anything. Have you had anything like it and if yes, what was your remedy?
I've seen some George Harrison live playing and he did kinda weird chord figures. Could you tell me which ones. Thank you!! Nice video by the way mate! Keep on the good work

The other thing that makes this nifty little solo stand out against the pack is the strange sound of a previous take bleeding through behind it. Just makes it a little strange and interesting (and unreproduceable).
First, you are a great guitar player for someone with no formal music education. You play awesome & I am one of your biggest fans. But you have 2 chords wrong. After the Em & Am, you should be playing a Dm and a G6, one of George's favorite chords. The Dm being the usual D shape with the F instead of the F# on the high E and then you can slide that shape down to the 3rd fret. I think your playing a C7 then D7, which sounds ok but is not correct. Try it & let me know what you think.

@@moure6644 Try just moving the C7 shape up the neck to make it an F7 and then a G7. Looks like that's what George is doing.

Exactly. I was tempted to play the ghost notes because they're almost essential to the solo.
My understanding is that the ghost solo was from the recording at Pathe Marconi Studios, Paris, January 29, 1964.
