- In this film breakdown, we're going back to the basics, looking at the most popular run concepts in the NFL, including how they're schemed up, how they work, and who runs them the best. Also, I dive into the blocking required for these plays, and how those work, like reach blocks, overtakes, double teams, pulling lead blocks, etc. The basic concepts that an NFL run game is built are, are pretty simple. However, there are dozens of wrinkles within those plays that are all designed to create the perfect play against whatever defensive front they get. Here, I try to get into all of that, and show you what makes an NFL run game go.

PASS RUSH MOVES EXPLAINED: th-cam.com/video/JvIOVhL2oTs/w-d-xo.html
Damn EA sports Madden needs you on the dev team 😂😂
This is extremely well made and educational! I would suggest that you slow down your speakinhg pace to 90% as its a lot of information to undertand while also trying to see it in action in the video. Keep up the good work!
I can only agree. As someone who likes to watch football but doesnt really know whats actually going on :D its a really nice explanation but i had to watch it at .75 speed to follow.
Now I like running option more since to me it’s not stylish as passing but didn’t know it was that complex to adjust to the defense positions or vice versa
watching this as a middle linebacker is like a cheat code
watching this as a punter feels like a foreign language
This is a good video if you're already well versed with football. I'd love to see one for someone who's just getting into it that's a bit more slowed down and explains when they run different concepts, what they watch for in the defense when calling audible or direction changes
This is awesome information!
Love a breakdown on blitzes/stunts/simulated pressures!
As a rugby union fan, I am really enjoying learnigng waht LRZ is going through and how different American footblall is - It sems that in the NFL holes appear where team mates create them whereas in rugby, it's about deceiving the defence more than smashing through it.
broke this down so well man
just brilliant man. good shit
This is the content needed! Great explanation on concepts. I would like to see more explanation of the techniques mentioned and examples of them in practice, both good and bad. More visuals can't hurt! Awesome video!
Awesome and informative! Thank you!
I appreciate the way you think and explain plays. I also like that you break things down to a science.
Can you do one going over the basics of pass g concepts
I'm good with you breaking down every single play and drowning me with information
Can u make a video about the calls for running backs like 45/46 or tight right 21 or something
Great video, wish there was more slo mo video
Love your channel man! Could you do a video on CJ Stroud since he's balling out right now even though 4/5 starting OL were out

whats the difference between duo and inside zone? duo isnt considered a gap scheme is it?
Are you trolling or asking a serious question?
how can you easily identify inside zone and duo bc they look very alike
You’re flying through this film bro. Do I have to pay for you to review a single play in detail with markups. You can’t learn deeply from this. People think they are learning but they aren’t. You won’t remember this. Too fast. Film watch requires a lot of rewinding. Way more than you think
Honestly the way you break down the offense you may have a real career in creating and breaking down offenses you should really look into it.
You mean coaching?
Good video just slow down just a bit otherwise I just keep pausing. Nfl is so fast
This explains why offensive linemen have the highest GPA and IQ's among players.
next time slow it down and highlight more
Lots of words not many explanations. You assume your audience knows too much.
