In my county in CA- you can park where you parked (no specified time posted, etc) for 3 days. After 3 days you’re able to be fined. So, check your state laws and county ordinances.. you can probably park for X amount of time and just remember to move it before the time frame ends.

The trick to selling an item as risky as that is to change up what its uses can be so instead of stating that it can prevent you from paying tolls (Which is illegal and can get you fined for a lot of money), just describe the product as "a way to keep your identity safe from online attacks who steal your data through searching your license plate up" or "a way to safely upload content of your vehicle without the need of going through the effort of blurring out the plate in every frame"

I would be very careful of any kind of "reselling" or "dropshipping" strategies. People are growing more and more skeptical of unknown websites. Plus there are lots of costs associated with these drop shipping strategies. It's not the most beginner friendly way to make money online in my opinion. Don't invest more than you can afford to lose...
