I have a doubt, if Pax6 receives the inducer signal from Optic vesicle, then in experiment (case 3), if optic vesicle is mutated then who gonna send the signal to Pax6 to work properly??? I thought lens formation is inhibited by mutating any of these.

Mam, you have mentioned ov produces bmp and fgf8 but in the question session its been mentioned that the anterior neural ectoderm primes head ecctoderm with bmp and fgf. its confusing
Do watch the latest video, if you feel this is not a/c to your interest. it was a initial phase in teaching field, so have improved with time... The latest video are not having these shortcomings.
