Yep, I've gotten past 20k in one attempt on easier raids. I'm running a Female Saiyan with 200 points in ki supers and a qq bang with 5 in ki supers, using evolved with the formation powerup to get extra damage. I also have the gotenks super soul that gives xxxl damage after 1 minute.

no and they likely won't be, you can you them on certain custom partners.
