So August 23rd is 13 months for us, still have no NOA2 approval letter. My lawyers are saying K3 Visas are more a priority right now and have a quicker processing time. He can work if you fill the work permit application and he/she receives a 3 months temporary permit. I thought the same thing until I read on the uscis site that you can.
Don't take advice from google (even if it's USCIS). This is not accurate and you're unlikely to ever get a fiancé work permit because of lengthy processing times.
