Marvin not only understands boxing, he also understands the mechanics of the mind. The nature of the human being. I can tell he examines his thoughts and watches carefully. A strong mind.
I'd call this man the Philosopher Boxer. Truly one of the greatest coaches on youtube.

Thanks for letting the world understand that boxing is a true science, like Kung Fu and other martial arts. Not every boxer even knows this, so you wind up being a light in the dark. Good teach.

i have been training boxing for over 17 years. I have allways been a Bruce Lee fan because of hes "mindness" of the martial arts. This gives me "kinda" the same feeling.

Boxing is an extremely powerful sport, supported by science. Quite possibly the most effective and accessible combat sport in the world. But don't mistake it for a martial art! It is terribly limited and restrictive compared to a martial art. No grappling, no kicks, no sweeping, no chokes, no joint braking locks, a lot of "no's". Most people training in gyms and competing in competitions, even MMA are playing martial arts sports, but not actual martial arts. In sports there's things in place to offer the practitioner safety, there's regulations, banned techniques, techniques which are not even taught, incomplete techniques (karate, ju-jitsu; in the actual martial art, you don't wait for your opponent to tap out, you actually perform the finishing move ie kata, you actually break his joints, you actually choke him out etc), there's organized events with weight and skill categories as well as gender segregation, there's age categories and limits, there's combat time limits, there's referees, comitees, medical staff, warm up times, break times, water times etc.
In actual martial arts there's none of that. "Martial arts" literally translates into "Art of War", or more specifically "Arts of Mars", Mars being the God of war in ancient Roman mythology and religion. Therefore, in actual martial arts, the war arts, anything goes, regardless of gender, age, skill, weight etc. Martial arts are structured into various systems depending on geography and culture, but and actual martial artist has no limitations besides the level of his assets, his preparation, his intelingence etc. An actual martial artist is ready to "win" a fight at any time in his daily life. Because in martial arts the fight is on at any giving moment of daily life. And "winning" is surviving regardless of who is the attacker and how many they may be. A martial arts fight lasts seconds and not rounds. So let's not mistake boxing and mma or other combat sports derived from martial arts with actual martial arts. Btw Kung Fu literally means Martial Arts.
That being said, the sport of MMA is the closest sporting format you can get to actual martial arts.

Marvin nice... Another important reason to provide angles, especially when someone in firing off down the line (aggressive), is because it forces them to reset their position. Resetting their position buys you an opening for a counter.

This is the 2nd one of your videos I've seen. I have to tell you that I think they're great. This is exactly what students need, besides sparring time, experience broken down and articulated openly. My old fencing instructor used to do this. As we were learning something new he would lecture on the direction of cuts and thrusts, angles of deflection, maintaining our center etc. It's the basics that to the inexperienced seem boring, but to the experienced these basics keep them winning.

You are a great teacher and do an excellent job of breaking things down and not only showing HOW to do something a certain way but also why it is done that way. He speaks the truth. Idiots like me will give up on defense after we lose our eyesight from being punched 100 times. We will just wait until we have a fist in our face to throw out the hardest punch and funny enough even if the better boxer landed 100 punches all it takes is an idiot with a properly timed punch to end that match.

They're able to be light on their fight while getting there shots off unlike most muay thai fighters that are flat footed. Not saying one is better than the other of course.
