I just put this together. had to buy spire clips as the holes are too big for the screws, door instructions are wrong (part 620 has a different shape in the printed instructions) and in the end this is very flimsy and the worst possible quality
I have just followed this video to build my shed and without it I would have really struggled. Clear concise instruction and broken down into easy to understand sections. Couple of little hiccups along the way but that was my bad. All in all very good video thank you.
Not all the components and not all the bags of fittings are numbered, quite a few have nothing on them at all. Yardmaster, can you please ensure that all parts are numbered when they leave the factory...it's the basis of success. It's a good thing I've had previous experience assembling one of these sheds, or I would have been stumped.
@@HelloHello-nr1un there are 2 black catches are the top you can adjust the hight of the door try and lower them on the holes and the door should drop down abit and be easier to close properly not the best explanation 🤦♀️
It took two of us just over 5 hours. This was based on using the instructions alone. Wish we found this video sooner. Would have helped if all the parts lined up as well as shown here 😬
Built the roof indoors and doors too. That took about 1.5 hours. Did the rest later, started about 9am finished about 11am so about 2 hours. This was on my own too but obviously that's because I'm amazing 😂
I've bought another model but I see that this is the same in terms of pre-drilled holes. They are to large period. The holes should have been at minimum half the diameter. All the screws feel lose when they are mounted. You do not feel a stop of the screw but it keeps going like it has nothing to grab on. I've put the same screws in some places were no drilled holes existed and you fell them grabbing and securing the metal sheet.
This was the worst Experience of building this product. Do not buy. This video does not match my instructions, numbers all completely different. Quality poor
I must be honest here, the instructions are absolute rubbish. Could have done with some detailed instructions. The video helped way more then the instructions did...
All the roof screws are completely inadequate to ensure its not blown off in a gale, end up stripped spinning in hole, had to redrill and bolt. Absolutely terrible quality. Wish id just made my own from osb to be honest would have been easier.

Please update your Manual. This is completely different from the Assembly tutorial video you added on the pent yardmaster instruction manual.

This video is not in line with the instructions. You need to continuously cross reference.
Actually I am at the doors and I see this tutorial is completly different to the printed instruction!
You should correct your instructions!
Ditch the screws and pop rivet the shed together

It looks extremely flimsy! Can't see that lasting very long! 😮
The reason the paper instructions are so poor: so they can make £££’s from the ads of this video.
