to answer your questions:
a) I’m using the ipad pro 11 inch (3rd gen) 256GB 💗
b) the size really depends on you. as for me, I find the 12.9” a bit too big (it’s almost the size of a laptop) and it’s not as portable as the 11 inch, since bigger = more weight and more space in your bag !!
also, you might want to consider your other gadgets at home, like if you have a laptop or pc that you can use, you should definitely get the 11 inch but if you’ll solely be using an ipad for studying (if it’s gonna be your main and only gadget for studying), then try considering the 12.9” one !!
honestly, it’s better for you to physically go in an apple store and see how the size affects you. (for me, 12.9” would definitely be better since I have bigger hands, but I like portability more so I didn’t go for it) + they have a pretty big difference in price as well
I think 256gb should be more than enough for school especially if your tasks are more focused on papers. just make sure to clean out files you don’t need every now and then and you’re good!! 😊 hope this helps !!
