In 2021 Ferrari will be even slower. 1) Both Ferraris will get a 10 second penalty for driving too slow behind the SafetyCar, - everytime there is a SafetyCar. 2) In Pitlane Ferraris don't press the Pit Limiter switch. They use ERS & DRS. 3) Reverse Grid is a thing now. But even tho we have both Ferraris in the front row, they get disqualified for driving dangerously slow in the formation lap. 4) Lewis Hamilton & Merc aren't even coming to the races anymore. They get all trophys at the seasons Winter testing.

Who would have thought 3 years ago that a Honda engine would out qualify a ferrari engine. I guess no one would have thought that... 💭
1) This year ferrari had to start from scratch the building of the power unit.... so of course they cant do miracles.
2) Ferrari hadn't any experience with v6 hybrid-turbo engine... mercedes instead has a lot of experience. So ferrari at the beginning was struggling but then managed to reach their rivals.
when you talk about engine, can you consider v6 an engine? no, v10, v12 are engines and ferrari at making them is the best. Mercedes is able to compete just with their trash v6 engines and their orrible crap sounds.
Ferrari is on the right way to compete against Mercedes, and considering the gap that there was between the two (ferrari has never made either v6 engines or turbo-hybrid engines) i think that ferrari will be able to be competitive in 2022. I hope so :)

1) Both Ferraris will get a 10 second penalty for driving too slow behind the SafetyCar, - everytime there is a SafetyCar.
2) In Pitlane Ferraris don't press the Pit Limiter switch. They use ERS & DRS.
3) Reverse Grid is a thing now. But even tho we have both Ferraris in the front row, they get disqualified for driving dangerously slow in the formation lap.
4) Lewis Hamilton & Merc aren't even coming to the races anymore. They get all trophys at the seasons Winter testing.

Please, its not even possible for a modern driver to be the GOAT. The cars have infinity grip, auto downshift and don't kill you if you f#$k up. Vintage drivers drove at the limit, knowing they would probably die if they went over the limit.
