+Paul Christen Hey Paul, thanks for your comment. For MMA specifically, Pit Master John, believes its easy to fake a shot (double leg) to get them to bring their arms down, then come over the top with punches. He teaches his fighters to fake a shot, and try to get them to over commit, and then land a punch. I hope this helped to answer your question :) Thanks again
