I used to race karts professionally before i got injured. This is NOT how you rotate a kart. If you want to rotate the rear end of the kart going into a corner, you want to usually hit the brakes hard to initially lock the rear end up so you can get the kart to break loose and then slightly lift off the breaks. Applying the throttle in a corner will not rotate the kart enough unless your tires are extremely old or it’s damp out. The only series you may get the kart to rotate on by hitting the throttle is a shifter, but every other series such as rotax, rok, iame etc, this will just end up with you dropping rpm and washing to the outside of the corner.
