Flower's voice is more powerful it adds a bit growl and reaches high note more easily (understandable cuz Flower's a female vocaloid) and her voice adds the feeling of aggressiveness and frustration. While Fukase's voice is more raw, vibrato more vivid (Flower has vibrato too but sounds not as vivid as Fukase), and becomes softer as he reaches high note (understandable cuz Fukase's male vocaloid) and his voice adds the feeling of desperation and confusion. They both sounds very natural and human-like. I like both voices and they owns this songs perfectly!
