There was a time i thought urban hiphop by the american celebrities was all i need to hear for my life to be complete i never though worship songs are sweet than anything imight have ever heard my entire life. Living to seek God worshipping him has given me much hope in life .when i hurt from past thing i ran to hide in him and my heart gtts healed. Im not perfect before him buh my life is happy with him.. little by little everything thay holds me back will be crushed .have been throu lots of painful situations . I will continue to seek you lord till im completely urs jesus i know i fail all time buh thr fight has to go one till im all urs

I just prayed that Bethel church will illustrate Jesus and the church in their marriages because I was feeling Holy Spirit strongly until Brian said to Jenn let the congregation sing it and she kept on singing almost for them, but I can't sing for anyone else well really God wants to hear even joyful noises in praise. Because of Ezekiel 34 syndrome church leaders not close following Good Shepherd going on there is a lot of confusion in the atmosphere so I am praying Lead me Lord, I just feel if my heart is right before God and I am acknowledging believing He is there with me in all my ways, that He will be true to His word and direct my steps through Holy Spirit, lately I am feeling out of all the spiritual communications I am feeling what is the most loving according to what I know of God. That's what I've been choosing to do lately. I noticed my cell phone is low on charge so I want to charge it up before walking Dear. I have clearly seen it where churches are failing witches step up and take control but I feel that Jesus tells me it is because the churches are disconnected that the witches win in atmospheres sometimes. What I am experiencing now I feel the most close to who I really am, I believe it's because of my bestest friend Holy Spirit and Him connecting me to Joseph my best friend bc so many people are just friends in the natural and say a few prayers for each other once in a while, spiritual friends are completely underrated, I would rather have a best spiritual friend than just a best natural friend personally!!

I don’t know if you can find it , but there’s something Jenn did with her husband call “fall fresh” it was in this same time period she was wearing that purple blouse. I respect bethel and what they do. I love their passion, BUT! These lyrics sound like they were written by a 12 year old, not even. This is the main difference between hymns and songs from hillsong. Hymns are such beautifully written, musically and lyrically that you know it didn't take them 10mins to write the song. Same with hillsong, their lyrics are so much more well thought of and put together, for instance, "I though the sky, when my knees hit the ground" compare that to "were doing something new a fresh". I don't know, kudos to you bethel, your lyrics just don't hit me deep. I love lyrical music and this is just not very lyrical. Sounded like you spent 10 mins on it and put it out there beause you knew the music would be nice that went with it and Christians will love it as long as bethel sang it.
Um the "lyrics" so to speak are actually spontaneous, so Holy Spirit inspired, written on the spot if you will :) This isn't an actual song, from what I remember it's during the song Awaken Me. :) :)

I have a huge passion for lyrics and not just for moods or emotional highs. That's why hymns and certain modern worship songs reach out to me best because they're very technically written and you can just see the passion that they put into the song through the lyrics.

That song actually gave me chills the first time I heard it. I know this particular compilation only jumps to that song at 7:31, but what those lyrics describe is what's going on through this whole piece. I don't know where you are at spiritually, but if you find that the lyrics are lacking, it may be that you're not experiencing the other critical component of the piece -- Holy Spirit's presence. When you're actually speaking to Him while singing this song, and you can actually feel His presence, it's a very different experience. More a prophetic experience than an emotional one. I don't know if that helps or not, but that's how it comes across to me. The most important parts of this to me are the truth of the lyrics and Holy Spirit's presence.

I believe there's a fine line between making something sound as best as you can and only putting 50% into your song writing. Maybe they did put 100% of their time into this song and it's just me that feels it lacks creativity and passion. David played the harp and he played it skillfully.
