    So for this report do we have to log how much time issue required to ccomplete?

    • @izenbridge
      @izenbridge  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No, the calculation of Cycle time does not depend on timesheet or any remaining hours since it gets only counted when item move from one stage to another stage, so time counted based in moment and only moved items get counted.

      @@izenbridge But we have to be disciplined for changing the state of any Task, One of my Unit Testing showing cycle time as 2 minutes :) , Thanks a lot for wonderful video

    How to get wait time??

    • @izenbridge
      @izenbridge  ปีที่แล้ว

      In Jira one can use Time in State to find out wait time, its like creating a state and measuring the time

      @@izenbridge can we get howich time each we spent at each stages.. Using this metrics instead of average..

    • @izenbridge
      @izenbridge  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@4PB2 The line show the average the dots are the one each issue time, so when you only select one state in filter it can show the time it took in that stage , you need to select one state at a time.

    How to find lead and cycle time for past year sprints..we need average metrics for past year sprints

    • @izenbridge
      @izenbridge  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      In Control Chart it is about past time period, so not much to focus in sprints but select the right date range, now its a time based on movement of items from left column to right, and one can select which portion of the Kanban board you like to see , so if you select full portion it will be showing lead time trend, if you select part of the board it will show the cycle time, and yes you do see moving average line that shows you the trend of lead time/cycle time

      Focus on what you are doing and see in your current work how can you implement scrum and guide people , make yourself ready for scrum master role by learning things more than certification like tool and other management, I see no direct path or advice but yes i do see many keep getting into Scrum master role by doing study scrum and tools and keep trying
