I loved this movie, it's like a "coming of age" movie, but the girls are already adults. For some, it may seem outdated, but I feel like there need to be more stories like this one to be told. Nowadays, we see so many series with young people who are well-adjusted sexually and romantically and with super understanding families. It feels more real when we see stories that are more down-to-earth about the reality of so many other people.

The film looks interesting, good tense plot, though I'm not getting a sense of chemistry between the two female leads like there was with Can't Think Straight and Elena Undone. Hope I'm wrong. Shamim Sharif (hopefully spelt that correctly) is a great director and I've enjoyed a few of her films so will give it a go.
